Pet care experience
I grew up around dogs and had the first responsibility of taking care of one at the age of 16. I’ve taken care of mostly family and friends pets since then, and my own cat for three years before he passed away. I have given oral medicine to pets, both pills and liquid medicine (with syringe). I can apply cream medication to wounds, as well as dress them. I can go on both walks and runs with pets, and stop to play with them unless instructed otherwise. I enforce rules that you wish me to, as well as any simple training you might be working on being picked up (sitting before food, tricks for treats, etc).

Azul is the best person for taking care of pets. As an owner of a furry baby myself, she’s the one I ask to petsit when I go on trips and need someone to take care of my pup. Her cats have given her the opportunity to further become patient and kind to animals, and very loving! Having pets and experience with petsitting has also made her comfortable with being able to adapt to the different personality of each animal she has taken care of. Overall, I know my Odin loves when she petsits so any pet is in safe hands!

A typical day
My neighborhood has a park nearby with a lot of space for pets to play and walk in! I will gladly take your pet to a park/path you’re comfortable with if that’s preferred. High energy activities are usually my go-to, like throwing a ball/frisbee around.

Availability
Availability for all services is the same and I am currently available everyday. Due to working part-time at a bookstore and not having a set schedule there, the times I am available differ. I do require a one day notice because of this, so please send me a message to see what we can work out! If you need a frequent walker, I will gladly accommodate my work schedule with your own so I’m available every time you need!
