I usually work 2-6pm M-F and 12-6pm on Wednesdays during the school year, but i have open availability during summer and other school breaks! I’m free to assist with your pet needs before or after work, I would just need enough time to compensate for traffic or anything else that could affect my commute time. I’m also free for bookings on my days off (weekends) after 10am (situationally negotiable). I’m currently not available for boarding or house sitting due to my living situation and my busy schedule.

What I do with my pet clients throughout the day really depends on the pet and what their owner has in mind, so I’m willing to try out a routine or system that you may already have established with your pet, just let me know ahead of time :)

Please let me know ahead of time about any behaviors or tendencies that I should be aware of before working with your pet! (Especially things like nervous biting, excessive pulling, territorial peeing, excitement aggression, etc.) I don’t have much experience with pets that need to be medicated or with special needs/accommodations, but I’m willing to assist with whatever is needed as long as I’m informed ahead of time and am given instructions to keep your pet happy and healthy whilst in my care :)

What we do will usually depend on your pet and their needs. If you have a more active pet with loads of energy and a love for the outdoors, we’ll play with lots of toys and go for walks around the neighborhood! If your pet is more of a “homebody” or prefers to stay indoors (much like my own dog Roxy), then we can cuddle up and watch some TV or play some games inside :) If there is a specific routine that your pet requires or any specific set of actions you would like me to take throughout the day, please feel free to talk with me about it before our meeting :)

Hello, my name is Azia (Z for short) and I am very much an animal person! My whole family likes to keep dogs as pets, so I’ve been around many different dogs of many different sizes, ages, and personalities. My grandparents own some land with their own farm animals, so I’ve also taken care of other animals like horses, chickens, pigs, goats, cows, etc. I’ve mostly been around bigger dogs like boxers, pitbulls, and mastiff-pitbull mix, but any size/type of dog works for me! I’ve also been able to spend a lot of time with cats and kittens through bookings (and since we found two kittens a couple months ago) so I’m very confident that I can care for them just as well! I’m patient, observant, and always willing to play with your furry friend! I have cared for a few super active/rowdy pets or pets that require medical attention, so I am very much willing to learn to care for any type of pet you may have!

I trust Azia completely with my reactive dog, which says everything. She is kind, gentle, calm, and also strong enough to confidently handle a big rambunctious dog. She truly understands dogs and cares deeply about their well-being. We feel incredibly lucky to have found her.

Azia was wonderful with my two girls. It was a tricky senior and puppy dynamic, but she was very accommodating and so sweet to both my girls. She gave me the support I needed to enjoy my day trip. I knew that my girls were being well cared for. I could not recommend her enough!
