When caring for pets in a client’s home, I prioritize keeping their routine as consistent as possible to help them feel comfortable and safe. I carefully follow all feeding, walking, medication (if needed), and other care instructions, and I will make sure your home is left just as I found it. Your pet’s safety is always my top priority. I’ll ensure gates, doors, and leashes are secure before going outside, monitor your pet for any changes in their behavior or health, and provide plenty of exercise, attention, and affection based on their needs. I will also send you regular photo and video updates so you can be as stress-free as possible while you are away.

As a fur-mom myself, I know how important both physical and mental stimulation is for our furry friends. I love providing attentive time outside, whether your pet prefers to play or sunbathe, walks, car rides, hiking or beach days, snuffle mats, lick mats, or even puzzle feeders (I have two!)

Hi! I’m Ayva, your pet’s future best friend! I’m a lover of all animals with years of experience caring for furry friends. I currently care for my own German Shepherd who has unique dietary requirements. This has taught me the importance of paying attention to feeding instructions, medication, exercise, and recognizing if something is not right. I am comfortable following detailed care instructions, maintaining routines, cleaning up after pets, and providing plenty of updates and photos so you have better peace of mind. I’m patient, dependable, and detail-oriented. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing with toys, or simply relaxing and cuddling, I’m more than pleased to match their energy and keep them as comfortable as possible while you are away. I understand how worrying it can be to leave your pet behind in the hands of someone else. My goals are to minimize your worry and stress by providing exceptional care and in-detail updates, and to provide your pet with a comfortable, safe environment while you are away.

Ayva dog sat for me for 2 weeks while I was out of town. She was absolutely amazing!!!! She is so knowledgeable and caring when it comes to pets and what they need, she spent so much time with my pup, and truly went above and beyond. Would recommend a million times over!
Ayva has taken care of my cats many times. She not only feeds them and cleans their litter box but she spends time with them playing and nurturing. I am always happy to know she is taking care of them because she truly lives animals.
