Getting to know a dog's unique personality and needs is key to providing them with the best care. I always make sure to understand key details like their daily routine and schedule, any commands they know, what type of food/diet they are on, and how much exercise they require. It's also helpful to know basics like if they are crate trained, house trained, get along with other dogs, or have any behavioral issues I should be aware of. Medical information like any medications, physical limitations, or existing conditions is important as well so I can properly meet their needs. And of course, it's useful to know their favorite games, treats, and activities so I can make our time together fun! Open communication and sharing information about your dog's likes, dislikes and quirks will ensure I'm fully prepared to give them a positive experience in your absence. I look forward to learning all about your amazing pup!
A typical day
I love coming up with fun ways to keep the dogs under my care entertained and active! Going on walks is one of my favorite activities - I know all the best parks and trails in the area for enjoying the outdoors with your pup. If the weather doesn't cooperate, I also enjoy playing indoor games like hide-and-seek with treats, using puzzle toys to stimulate their minds, and teaching new tricks. For higher-energy dogs, I may take them to a local dog park or open field to play fetch so they can really burn off some steam. Rest assured I will cater activities to your dog's unique personality and needs - whether they prefer one-on-one playtime, learning new things, or just snuggling on the couch, I've got it covered! Your dog's happiness is my top priority when they are in my care.

Pet care experience
I am a marketing manager who works from home and has pets almost my entire life. I love animals and I am passionate about providing them with the best possible care. I have my own pets, a dog and a cat, and I am also experienced in taking care of other people's pets. In the past, I worked helping people and took care of their pets. I also volunteered at a local animal shelter. I am familiar with all aspects of pet care, including feeding, walking, playing, and grooming. I am also comfortable with both indoor and outdoor pets. My wife is a chef and she is also a pet lover. We both enjoy spending time with animals and we would be happy to make your furry friends feel welcome. I am available to provide pet sitting services morning, evening, and weekends. I am also willing to travel to your home. Please contact me if you are interested in learning more about my services. I am available mostly in the mornings and evening and service includes; Minimum of 45 mins home visits - making sure your pet is well taken care, fed, and played with. Minimum of 30 mins walking with lead.
