Hi everyone! I’m Ayanna. I am well-versed with puppy and senior pet care, as I have raised my own dog over 13 years, he passed in 2023. I am cat owner of 2 years as well. I have dog and cat sat for family members and friends over the years, and now Rover clients! I’ve administered medication to pets, walked pets, bathed pets and have learned to work with picky, high energy and nervous pups :) Bonus: I taught my dog a handful of tricks! And I taught my cat how to walk outside with a harness

I am compassionate and intuitive and will try to get a sense for your pets needs and deliver. Safety comes first and I will always make sure your pet is secured when on walks and that any fencing is closed if roaming free. I love to give pets lots of attention, with tons of walks, pets and play times. I like to talk to animals and learn how they communicate their wants and needs!

Ayanna was a wonderful pet sitter, I highly recommend her. I had a weekend trip to see family, and I’m usually so anxious about leaving my little guys. My chiweenie has major separation anxiety which always makes travel tough. Ayanna provided regular photos, updates, and play. She also left my place as clean as I left it, which hasn’t always been my experience. Meeting with her before, and sharing my pet care material with her was a breeze. Safe to say I’ll be looking to see if Ayanna is available for future house sitting.
Ayanna is by far the most responsible and attentive cat sitter I’ve ever had. I entrusted her with watching my kitty Byron while I was out of town for a week, and she went above and beyond in caring for him. It helps a lot that Ayanna is clearly an animal lover by nature! My conscience would always be at ease now knowing the diligence and care that Ayanna puts into pet sitting, and I simply can’t recommend her enough.

Ayanna loves and cares for all pets. She has a dog of her own named Charlie who is happy and healthy which reflects on the tender loving care she provides.
Ayanna is a caring and loving person when it comes to animals. She cares for other peoples dogs and she treats them like her own. She takes great care of our family dog, and she is always on top of what he needs. I would recommended her to anyone who wants their pet in trusting hands

I have an open availability for the summer as a current educational professional who is off work. I am able to do drop ins and walks morning and night.
