Hello from your neighbor in Adam's Point~ I have been pet-sitting my friends' and family's dogs and cats for well over ten years now. For the past three years, I have been pet-sitting my friends' cat (Kuna) and for the past four years, their dog (Peri). Time and familiarity do matter, so I like to let a new cat and dog friends set the tone for our physical contact. I'm happy to offer as much or as little touch/play as your pet is comfortable with. If your cat is not too keen on any attention, then I will make sure to offer plenty of space while offering a calm presence. I'm always down to pet/massage/play the more rambunctious pet friends, and I welcome their various temperaments! I've cared for older cats and cats with medical conditions, making sure to follow their dietary restrictions and medication schedules. For the past four years, I've also provided care for my friend's dog who has a particular diet and medication requirements. If your pet(s) has medical needs and/or physical ailments that require extra attention, I will make sure to offer care in a conscientious and compassionate manner. I have a flexible job and I commute to my office four days per week. I can spend mornings and evenings with your pet(s) on those four in-office days without a problem. On weekends and Mondays, I will have more hours available to be with your pet(s) in person. If you are interested in booking me for drop-ins and/or walks, I like to have a video chat with you and your pet(s) just to ask some overview questions and get a feel for each other.
