Cat sitters & ASPCA foster parents
My husband, Alexis, and I have cared for cats for friends and have twice fostered kittens in our apartment through the ASPCA. These kittens required daily weight checks and, at times, medication, as many were strays with infections. We also once hosted a friend’s cat in our home for three months (handling feeding, playtime, and litter care) and regularly look after another friend’s cat for week-long stays. We truly love cats!

Aya and Alexis did a great job caring for my kitty while I was away for an extended trip. They sent me photos of her regularly and even offered to take her to the vet when she had tummy issues. Very responsive, and I’d love to have them watch her again!
Aya and Alex are such kind, considerate, and caring people! They took the time to meet my cat before they boarded her for 2 weeks, and they were so patient as I got her set up in their home. I felt at ease knowing my girl was in good hands.

Aya is a wonderful cat sitter. She's watched my cat regularly throughout the last 5 years, managing his different dietary and medical needs throughout that period with ease. She has also formed a good bond with my cat, who is older and can sometimes be grumpy with newer humans but is always calm and at ease with her. I would recommend Aya to anyone looking for a trustworthy and attentive cat sitter!

Schedule
I currently work from home, so I'll be available most of the time to take care of your pet at our apartment. My husband works at the office, and is often home by 6pm.

Safety, trust & environment
We live in a pet-friendly one-bedroom apartment with an elevator. Our living room is quite spacious with minimal plants, giving us plenty of room for cat beds, litter boxes, and anything else your cat may need while staying with us.
A typical day
We’d be more than happy to play with your cats! We don’t have any cat toys of our own, but if you’re able to provide some, we’d love to use them during playtime.

- Please let me know if they have any medical needs ahead of time. We have taken care of cats and kittens that required daily medication (e.g. eye cream for infection, anxiety meds applied on the ear), so we're happy to do that if needed.
