Living on a hobby farm since a child, I always was in charge of my own chores including the horses, pigs, chickens, etc. I have had dogs my whole life, and hope to forever! I started house sitting/pet sitting around the age of 10 for parents, friends and family. I’ve been in charge of extremely sick animals, in need of extreme care at times. Along with animal births. Now at 27 I work from home, making me available all times of the day for my yorkie Biggie. I’m hoping I can be trusted relief for those in need.

I have a yorkie in my own home who would be here to keep your pet company. We live above our horse barn where we typically go out at least once a day for a walk around the property or on the trail seeing as we don’t have a fenced yard to run around in, although we do live on 5+ acres. Our home is completely hard wood in case of any accidents. We have a potty space out our front door where Biggie goes for quick relief. House sitting: I am available dependant on your requests, we can discuss what is needed during your time away! Light house hold duties along with pet / farm sitting is something we can discuss. Just ask!

Avril was great. We had a before 8am drop off time on a Sunday morning and she was up with her pup and ready to go. Sent some pics thru the day, walked him, even brushed him I think. He little Biggie is a sweet thing too. I'd love to use Avril again.
Avril has farm-sat for me on multiple occasions. She has taken care of my two horses, barn cats, chickens, mini pigs, pond fish and dogs. She is very reliable and responsible and quick thinking when something unusual occurs. I highly recommend her if you want someone who communicates well, is always on time, loves animals and who will take care of your animals like they are her own. Five out of five stars - she’s the best.
Avril has cared for my 1.5 year old puppy since he was 7 months old. She has never failed to give him the best experience while I am away. Always sending photo updates, getting him the exercise he needs and giving him all the cuddles. As an anxious dog mom it has been amazing to have so much trust in someone with my baby boy. Thank you, Avril! Highly recommend her for your animal care needs.
Avril is our go to Pet/House sitter. She’s reliable, trustworthy and wonderful with our Doggo. We schedule our holidays around her availability…she’s that great! I think sometimes our dog is bummed when we come home haha.
We trusted Avril with our two dogs. Each dog has their own set of behavioural issues and health issues which need medication. Our dogs bonded with Avril immediately when she did her first visit. When we went away we felt comfortable and confident she would provide great care for our dogs and our home, which she did. Avril has a calm energy that puts you and the animals at ease. We would absolutely have Avril take care of our pets again!

Schedule
Working from home on my own schedule makes it extremely easy for me to work around potty breaks / feed schedules. I am available throughout the week and weekends.
