Sadie was very well looked after by Avril and Clark. Lots of lovely photos out on many different walks and enjoying a dip in the water of Leith. She looked very happy and settled in their home too. Many thanks to you both for giving her a wonderful couple of days :)
Bluebell is quite particular about who gets let in to her inner circle and Avril and Clark are now definitely members. I was a bit anxious since she was diagnosed with diabetes earlier this year as she has to eat to get the insulin and she can be funny with new people and places but I needn’t have worried. She had a lovely time, I got loads of updates and I would definitely recommend Avril.
Freddie had a lovely time with Lauren and was absolutely relaxed when we picked him up. Lauren was great with him and we would be more than happy to recommend her as a sitter!

Hamish loves staying with Avril & Clark. They are so good at taking him on adventures and seem really confident, caring dog owners.
Avril and Clark yet again looking after Hamish like nothing I have ever seen. When we arrived Hamish went and immediately jumped on the sofa, showing how at home he felt. Can’t recommend them enough.

Schedule
I work in Heritage, but have a fairly set schedule. Occasionally, I work away from home so then just my fiance, Clark, who works in hospitality is available opposed to both us being there. We can usually only do boarding Friday evenings through to Sundays, but always happy to consider longer stays.

Safety, trust & environment
I have a clean and safe flat on ground floor with access to a fenced back garden, as well as green spaces nearby. I live with my fiance Clark (pics of him in bio), who has also lived and cared for dogs his whole life. If one of us is at work the other is almost always home or home within an hour or so.
A typical day
Depending on the dog’s abilities, we love to go out for a long walks in Saughton park, Water of Leith, or along the canal. I’m also happy to play and do enrichment activities with a dog within my flat or just keep company while working in my home office.

- Let me know if your dog has any specific preferences or needs that I need to take account for. We always do our best to accommodate a dog and owners needs. Ideally we ask for a write out of basic feeding and walking schedules for any dog upon drop off just so we have a reference and keep to a dogs own schedule.
