I have grown up with dogs my whole life. My dad was a dog trainer, although I am not super specialized or advanced in my training techniques - I firmly believing in training, queues, patience and love rather than control. I will care for your babies like they are my own. I have experience dealing with shy/anxious pets to friendly/high energy. Avonlea has been such a great help to us, walking and playing with our awesome German Shepherd. Avonlea definitely understands our dog and she is able to anticipate his needs. Our Shepherd gets so excited when Avonlea comes over and cares for him. She is dependable, conscientious and intuitive when caring for our pet.

Schedule
I do a lot of free-lance, part-time work and do not do much most weekends, so I will have a lot of time to provide care and walks throughout the day. I am a very active person so I do not have trouble keeping up and staying moving. Open to recurring scheduling for the next 4 weeks.

I have a fenced yard, garage area, and plenty of open space for fur babies to run around. I know a good amount of walking routes as well. I am open to coming into your space, and making sure the pet is feeling comfortable and at home. Dog-walking is my speciality, and I will do my best to ensure the best care is provided, as well as ensuring appropriate leash behavior! For pet-sitting, my greatest focus is ensuring enough walks and movement and interaction throughout the day.
