About me: As a child who grew up nurturing animals, I am confident that I have the experience necessary to care for your pet. I am an animal advocate who aspires to be their voice, and my belief is that animals are living beings that should be treated with equality and respect. Some of the strengths I possess are that I am very reliable, communicative, and compassionate. I am always willing to do what it takes to ensure that the pet(s) and their owner have a great experience in working with me. I promise to put 100% effort in making you and your furry friend(s) feel comfortable and welcome. Professional background: - 3 years of cat care/handling as an adoption counselor for a pet sanctuary - PT guests service representative dogs and cats (porting, managing play groups, special care, socializing) Why I enjoy animal care: Since 2003, I have grown up with a number of furry companions (dogs and cats) that vary in size and personality. The relationships that I am able to create with each animal and their owners is an unforgettable experience. Over the course of about 16 years, I have developed a strong desire to care for animals and create and maintain meaningful bonds. I am excited to learn more about you and your pet(s)!

Avina was wonderful with Piper! She took her on walks and sent me updates. Her communication was great as well.
Avina was great. Our dog did great with her and her family. Was really nice to do a meet and greet beforehand so my dog would be more comfortable when we dropped her off. Avina was flexible with pick up as we were driving back and time we would get back was TBD. Sent photos and updates, and responded within a timely manner to texts to see how things were going.
So happy we found Avina. We were worried having to be without our fur babies for 2 weeks. Avina provided us peace of mind and sent us photos/messages each day to ensure our fur babies were doing great. She is our go to Sitter from now on.
Avina was great, she took really good care of our cat Emma and provided us with lots of cute photos and updates.
Odin had a great stay with Avina. Avina communicated well and made sure to stay in contact and send pics of Odin enjoying his time. We had booked both our dogs with Avina, but unfortunately Bella suddenly passed just before we were going out of town. Avina accommodated and adjusted our booking. We look forward to Odin staying with Avina again the next time we are out of town.
Avina took our high energy pups last minute and was very good at communicating, as always, and sent pictures and even made and edited a video of the dogs on their walk. We felt at ease and got to relax during our time away with the constant updates. Thanks Avina!

Safety, trust & environment
Peace of mind. Dog boarding & Doggy daycare: I have a fenced backyard and plenty of space throughout my home. Pets are allowed on furniture and no harmful chemicals are used in my household. I have an adult cat who is okay with other pets but would prefer to have her own space. She will be in a separate room throughout your pets stay. Drop in visits & Dog walking: I am respectful of all of my clients homes and pets. All pets will receive my full attention and I will only follow feeding and care instructions per clients requests.
Pets
A typical day
Me and your furry friend(s) will engage in exercise by going on walks around my neighborhood or to the park per request/approval. I would also love to play a game of fetch or tag to stimulate their mind and bodies! Home bodies and couch potatoes are also welcome- we can relax and watch some TV together. Baths are included in stays that are 2 or more nights. Feel free to make a request via message!
