I live in Portland and work full time in lewiston 4 days a week. I also frequent the central maine area, specifically Augusta/gardiner area. I can service in and around all of these areas. I am in lewiston from 8:30-5 M, WTF with a one hour lunch break I can use to walk dogs, do check ins, etc. i have been a pet sitter for about ten years and have had pets of my own for 15. I love animals of all kinds. On days I am in the office I can accommodate for mid day check ins with animals (complimentary) I am house sitting for. I am not able to keep additional animals in my home but am happy to house sit at the owner’s house. I have a 7 year old family dog that loves to play with other dogs of all ages and sizes, and lives with 4 cats. I don't always bring her on my stays, but I have for those who would like their pup to have a playmate. I’m very active so long walks are something I can easily accommodate. I also have experience dealing with behavioral issues including guarding and separation anxiety. When it comes to training, I have experience with leash behavior (pulling, enforcing check ins to avoid distraction, etc), recall, and other behaviors. I have nursed animals with illnesses such as cancer, kidney failure, and diabetes. With that being said, I am familiar with medical needs including IVs, pill administration, insulin injections/blood sugar checks, ointments, etc. I don't mind traveling a bit to house sit- but keep in mind my work schedule limitations during the week. Most importantly, I do a bulk of my services off rover, which is why I only have a few completed services and ratings as well as ok booking scores. I have several references if needed. My rates are negotiable when it comes to things like extended stays, multiple pets, etc. Rover requires set rates for many scenarios and this can confuse and mislead those that are new to the app. Please consider me!

Schedule
I have more flexibility on weekends when I don’t go into lewiston. Otherwise I would need to leave by 7:45-8 ish and would return around 5:30-5:45. I am able to do drop ins, walks, and house sits that can work with this time frame.
