I’ve been caring for dogs consistently for about five years through my family dog, helping with daily walks, feeding, playtime, and general care. I’m comfortable sticking to routines, recognizing when a dog needs extra attention, and making sure they feel safe and relaxed. I also grew up around friends’ and relatives’ dogs of different sizes and energy levels, so I’m used to reading dog body language and matching my energy to theirs — whether that’s playtime, a calm walk, or just keeping them company. While I’m new to Rover, I’m reliable, communicative, and genuinely enjoy spending time with animals. I treat every dog like they’re my own and take owners’ instructions seriously. My goal is to make sure your pet feels happy, cared for, and stress-free while you’re away.

I prioritize safety, consistency, and clear communication when caring for pets, whether in my home or a client’s home. I always follow the owner’s instructions closely, including feeding routines, walking preferences, and any house rules or boundaries the pet is used to. In a client’s home, I make sure doors, gates, and leashes are secure, keep pets in approved areas, and leave the space as I found it. I’m mindful of keeping food, trash, and unsafe items out of reach, and I supervise pets during playtime and walks. I pay close attention to pets’ behavior and body language so I can adjust care if they seem stressed, overly energetic, or need extra reassurance. I also provide regular updates and photos so owners know their pet is safe, happy, and well cared for.

Avery was quick to respond to my request and was flexible with my puppy needs. She also provided photos with quick message recaps. She turned my frantic panic trip away into a peaceful mindset knowing that my Blaze was in good hands. I continue my dog walking services with Avery once I return home and I don't who was happier to see her me or Blaze! 🐶🐾 Avery just has a beautiful energy about her and had the best intentions for my Blaze.
