I've been passionate about animals my entire life, and my two pugs have been in my family for over six years. Training them from puppies has given me hands-on experience with obedience, behavior management, and building trust with dogs of different personalities. Over the years, friends, neighbors, and family members have consistently turned to me when they need reliable pet care - whether it's daily walks, feeding schedules, or the occasional bath time! As a student, I understand how much pets mean to their families, and I bring that same level of care and attention to every pet I look after. I pride myself on combining playful energy with responsible, dependable service. Your pet's safety, happiness, and routine are my top priorities, and I'll make sure they get plenty of love and attention while you're away.

Your dog's safety is my priority. I go to the gym and do jiu jitsu, so I can confidently handle strong or high-energy dogs and keep control on leash even if they pull. Whether that's keeping pets off furniture or crating on request, I can follow whatever rules are needed. I also like to send photo updates and a check-in after every visit, if that’s okay with you :)

I was honestly a bit nervous about leaving Max with someone new, but after finding their business card at the local dog park and doing some research, I felt confident about booking. What a relief to find such an amazing pet sitter! My golden retriever can be pretty anxious around strangers, but within minutes he was completely comfortable. Very professional from the initial consultation through the whole experience, you can tell he takes this seriously. I got regular photo updates throughout the day (which I absolutely loved!), and when I came home, Max was tired, happy, and clearly had been well cared for. It's impressive how they balance being a student at Fairfield University with providing such dedicated pet care. You can tell this person genuinely loves dogs, it's not just a side job to them. Will definitely be reaching out again!
I needed a last minute walk for my dogs and Avery was quick to respond to my request. He arrived on time and even walked longer than expected! He sent me a few photos which I appreciated. I definitely will use him again in the future.
Avery is a great and trustworthy person who truly cares for animals. Everyone in the neighborhood knows him because he’s always friendly, waving at kids and stopping to greet pets. He is reliable, responsible, and loves caring for his neighborhood, which makes him the perfect choice to look after your furry family members.
Avery is great with my two Pugs and they adore him! Some days they go to the local park to play fetch and other days they walk around the neighborhood and cuddle after. Avery is very good natured which my dogs can sense. I highly recommend him.

Schedule
I'm a college student with a flexible class schedule, so dog walking fits easily into my day. I'm available mornings, afternoons, and evenings most days for drop-ins, walks, or overnight stays at your home.
