I have over 10 years of experience caring for family cats and dogs, so I am very comfortable with the day-to-day routines pets need to feel safe, happy, and cared for. Last summer I house-sat for two large, energetic dogs for multiple months, which gave me lots of experience maintaining feeding schedules, walks, playtime, and a clean home. I am a super active person and I love making sure pets get the exercise, companionship, and attention they deserve.

With my flexible schedule, I am happy to provide live photo updates of your furry friends while you’re away and will carefully follow all instructions related to feeding, walks, medications, routines, and household rules. I know how important it is to trust someone both in your home and with your pets, and I will treat your family like my own.

I hired Avery to come take our dog Ollie for 30 minute walks/play time when I was busy with work at home. She did a wonderful job with Ollie. He always came back happy (but tired!) and after a few of their walks, he came to look forward to being taken by her. I knew this was a good sign because Ollie has strong separation anxiety issues. It was clear that he trusted Avery and enjoyed their time together. I would have no hesitation to hire Avery again in the future.
Avery is amazing! We had her stay at our place for 2 weeks while we were away so she could take care of our dogs. Both of our dogs are 70+ pounds and high energy. She handled them like a pro! They got plenty of love, multiple walks per day, playtime at dog parks, brushes more! They loved having her around. We wish Avery was closer so she could look after our boys more often!
