I have a dog of my own, so pet care is already ingrained in my day-to-day schedule. I usually leave my dog under the care of my roommate when I accept sittings in their folks' homes. I have a flexible workday, so I can provide regular drop-ins in the Livingston area or I can stay in your home!

I have years of experience in house and pet sitting! I just moved into a new living arrangement with roommate pups, so I'm not currently accepting any sittings in my home. I have a reliable personal vehicle and a flexible workday, so I can drop by as needed when the stay is in or near Livingston. I am open to any breed or mix, any size or shape! I would like to know what your daily routine with them is, as well as any restrictions you may have for them (such as furniture or certain areas being off-limits). I would need to know of any allergies or special diets and their vet/ emergency contact info. It would be helpful to know their age, any history of injury, and the commands you use with them. I would also like to know their favorite games or activities, as well as how they interact with other dogs.
A typical day
Depending on what your pet is comfortable with, I'll take your dog to parks and short hikes as often as possible. I love playing games as much as I love just sitting around with them for a while. I want to make sure your pet is as happy as they could be! I do not take dogs to dog parks but I will fill their time with other adventures.

I have worked with dogs, cats, and animals of all sizes and I'm excited to meet your lil companion! I managed an educational farm that was home to many senior and special needs animals, so I'm comfortable administering medications and giving extra attention where its needed. I have a large shepherd mix of my own that is great with other dogs but can be left at home with my roommate if your pup(s) aren't comfortable with visitors. I work as a farmer and educator in Livingston and have a somewhat flexible workday schedule, so I can provide mid-day walks or drop ins.

My fiancee and I do a lot of traveling, and sometimes take spontaneous trips, making it very hard sometimes to find someone to watch our fur baby. Averie has never disappointed us. She is very flexible with her schedule, and goes up and out of her way to make sure that you, and your pet(s) are comfortable, safe and happy. I wouldn't rather have anyone else watch my dog. She is trustworthy, helpful, and very dependent, and anyone would be lucky to hire her!
Averie Wheatley is hands down the most nurturing friend I have! She has not only watched my pets but also my children! They’re more than in great hands when she is around. She loves to talk walks and explore nature, it’s always an adventure when she is around. She’s my kids best friend, she’s an animal expert and there is nobody more qualified than her to take care of your family pets!
