Loving Care for Every Pet🐶
Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I have over 2 years of hands-on pet-sitting experience caring for dogs, cats, and reptiles. I am comfortable with pets of all sizes, including large breeds, puppies, and senior animals that may require extra patience or special care. My experience includes overnight stays of up to two weeks, daily walks, feeding, bathing, grooming, administering medication, and providing plenty of love and attention. Pet owners often describe me as patient, trustworthy, communicative, and attentive to their pets’ needs. With my own reliable transportation and a genuine passion for animal care, I strive to make every pet feel safe, comfortable, and loved while their family is away. I have cared for approximately 10 pets and treat every animal as if they were my own.

While I am unable to offer boarding in my own home, I take great pride in caring for pets in their familiar environment. When staying in a client’s home, I treat both the home and pets with the same respect and care I would want for my own. I always follow household rules, feeding schedules, walking routines, and any training or discipline methods already in place so your pet experiences consistency while you’re away. I am clean, responsible, and non-disruptive, and I make it a priority to leave your home just as I found it. I am happy to clean up after myself, wash dishes, take out the trash, bring in mail, and help keep things tidy during my stay. My goal is to provide a safe, stress-free experience for both pets and owners, giving you peace of mind knowing your pets are loved and your home is being cared for responsibly.

Averie did a great job pet setting for our 18 year old dog Remy. She provided a calm, nurturing presence for him that made him feel comfortable. I would highly recommended Averie for house sitting/pet sitting.
Averie was perfect and accommodating and did a wonderful job with both Fiona and Buck. She spent time with both of them. We had a challenging space with construction going on and she handled it very well. We got lots of pictures and we truly believe our pets were very happy with her.
If you're looking for someone who will love and care for your pets as if they were her own, Averie is that person. She has a natural connection with animals and a kindness that both pets and people immediately feel. What I appreciate most about Averie is that she doesn't just "watch" pets—she genuinely bonds with them. She takes the time to learn their personalities, understand their routines, and make sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved. Whether it's an extra belly rub, a favorite game, or simply sitting with an anxious pet to help them feel at ease, Averie goes above and beyond because she truly cares. She's also incredibly dependable and thoughtful. I always felt completely at ease knowing my pets were in her care, and the updates and photos she shared were a wonderful reminder that they were happy and being loved while I was away. The best compliment I can give is that my pets were excited to see her every time. That says everything. Averie is trustworthy, compassionate, and has a genuine heart for animals. I would recommend her to anyone without a second thought, and any pet would be lucky to have her in their life.
Averie is a loving and compassionate person who has cared for animals throughout her life. She understands how animals operate and how to care for them throughly. She has watched my large ,needy, dog on multiple occasions and everytime I return; my dog has been healthy and happy (and very sad to see her go). Averie understands the responsibility of watching an animal and does what she can to keep your furry pet happy, well maintained, and loved while you are away. No need to stress while gone, Averie keeps you in the loop and will provide pictures and videos to keep you in the know.
Averie has been helping out with my two dogs for a few years now. She is the first person we call when we need a dog sitter when we go out of town. She also stops by to feed them and let them out to go potty as needed when we’re going to be out most of the day. She’s reliable and my dogs love her.

Pet care fits naturally into my weekly routine. I work Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, but I am fully available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays for pet sitting, walks, drop-in visits, and overnight care. I am committed to giving pets the attention, exercise, and companionship they need while their owners are away. I have reliable transportation and always make sure pets are cared for safely, consistently, and with plenty of love.
