I have always had a dog growing up. My family has an adorable lab-hound mix named Ziggy that you will see in some of my pictures. I have experience with different dog breeds and have cared for puppies and elderly dogs alike so I know I’m the perfect person for the job! I also have experience with cats and feel comfortable watching them as well. I will love your animals like they are my own! I I am patient and can promise that your pets are in good hands when they are in my care.

I have grown up taking care of my family dogs and was dog walking/caring for 3 dogs and and 6 cats full-time in 2020 for a family who needed assistance. The safety of your pet is of upmost importance to me. I can handle reactive, large dogs and shy kitties as well. I will have a great time with your pet during every visit and ensure that you return home to them safe and happy every time.

Averi is awesome! Our senior dog is used to being cared for by family, but he took to Averi right away. She was wonderful with him, and it’s clear that she has lots of experience with all kinds of dogs. She is also a lovely person who pays close attention to our dog’s needs and is an excellent communicator. I feel completely confident that she can handle any situation. We loved her so much that I’ve already booked her to stay in our home when we travel. Highly recommend Averi!

Averi is absolutely amazing! I cannot say enough good things. She took incredible care of my two dogs and my home while I was away. Averi helped us out in a pinch and was able to look after our dog and cat last minute. I can tell they both liked her a lot! She took extra care with our dog, Sunny, who had never been left with someone she doesn’t know and had just been through so much the days prior. She sent lots of pictures and went above and beyond to ease our minds! THANK YOU!!!
Averi does such a marvelous job when she watches our pup. She always does such a great job of watching him and sends so many photos! Can't recommend her enough!

Schedule
My schedule is pretty flexible since I work from home. I have to get in a mid-day walk to stay sane so I might as well bring your pup along! (I will block off days I am unavailable due to work travel). I am also available most weekends unless otherwise stated on my calendar.

- I like to know the typical routine of the pet I’m watching so I can replicate that as much as possible. I feel like my job is to be an extension of the pet owner. This means giving your furry creatures the same attention and exercise that they are used to. I have also learned to be prepared for anything when it comes to taking care of pets. I have extra leashes and poop bags in my car because anything can happen and I like to be as prepared as possible.
