Most importantly, your wishes and concerns in regard to care of your pets. For dogs, if they are animal reactive/aggressive especially of they need walking so that I can ensure theor safety in public.
A typical day
A typical drop in visit ensures your pet will be taken out to use the restroom, filling food and water and giving any medications. Weather permitting and with owner permission, dogs will be taken for a walk. Pets and cuddles will be giving, again woth owner permission.

Pet care experience
I have been caring for my personal pets for 15+ years. I also have pet sat senior animals and animals with special needs as well. If you have questions on my ability and commitment to your pet based one a negative review, I will be happy to address those concerns.
Reviews
Aven was a horrible sitter, if you want your pets ACTUALLY taken care of save yourself the trouble and do NOT book with her. To start, she lost the key to my place that I gave her and she would also bring her child with her, which she never mentioned she was doing or got my approval. I have a ring camera in my home and noticed that she was not staying for the full 30 minutes, during her second visit she didn’t even give my cats water or change the litter box and was out of the home within 5 minutes. the final straw was when I saw that she locked my cats in my bedroom that had no water, food , or litter box. Her next visit wasn’t scheduled for 2 more days so my cats went without food and water for three days, I had to cancel and rebook with another sitter immediately as I couldn’t trust her. My cats also ended up peeing all over my bed during that time so not only was I worried but now I have to deal with that. Rover has not been helpful at all with this situation and I will no longer use this app to book a sitter, they clearly do not have a through process in checking sitters and don’t actually care to connect you with a sitter that will take care of your pets. Save yourself the headache and ask a neighbor before using this app. I also wanted to leave no stars bc she was so horrible but they force you to place a rating.
Aven made sure my boy and girl were well taken care of. They seemed to barely know I was gone! Thanks for looking out for them while I was away!
