I work part time at a dog kennel M-F 9 am- 12pm. If I’m pet sitting just be aware I wont be able to watch your dog for around 3-4 hours on weekdays

A typical day
A typical day with your dog will be filled with plenty of exercise and exciting adventures. Whether it’s visiting the local dog park, hiking the scenic trails of Nevada County, or simply taking a leisurely stroll through your neighborhood, your dog will have a blast! I’m happy to tailor the day to suit your dog’s needs, and if there are any socialization concerns, I know several quieter trails that offer a peaceful, safe environment. Expect lots of playtime, plenty of treats (within your dog’s dietary guidelines), and an abundance of fun. Some dogs love a good game of fetch, while others prefer exploring nature at their own pace. Whatever your dog enjoys most, we’ll make sure they have an unforgettable time!

After a long hiatus I am back dog sitting:) I’ve been surrounded by dogs my entire life and currently share my home with two wonderful, energetic husky-shepherd mixes. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of fostering several dogs and caring for many different breeds. I’ve dog-sat for multiple clients and have references available to vouch for my care. In addition to pet sitting, I currently work part time at a kennel where I care for over 25 dogs, handling everything from basic kennel duties to walks and light training. I’m passionate about understanding each dog’s unique needs and making sure they feel comfortable and well cared for. Whether it’s a walk, a visit, or extended pet sitting, I’m here to ensure your dog gets the love and attention they deserve. Spending time with animals is truly what makes me happiest, and I’m committed to giving your pets the best care possible!

We recommend Avalon and will be requesting to book her for any future pet sitting needs. She is a great communicator, our pets loved her, and our house was in great shape when we returned. She let us know when she arrived at the house and sent us pics of our pets. While we were gone our cat got into a bag of dog treats I left out and Avalon let us know right away and checking in to see if any action was needed.
Avalon watched my two pups for a week and did a wonderful job! She was very communicative and made sure I know all was going well, so I could enjoy my trip. I would be happy to have her back again!
