I’ve cared for dogs my entire life, from energetic puppies to seniors up to 16 years old. I also regularly foster dogs, many with unique quirks or behavioral needs. This experience has made me patient, observant, and ready to give your pup the love and attention they deserve.

Ava came through for us big time after a last minute cancellation while we were traveling. She really went above and beyond in every regard from communication, attention to detail, and a natural of putting our high anxiety pup to ease and giving us peace of mind he was in good hands. Definitely among the best sitters we've had and wouldn't hesitate to recommend or request again.
Ava is a true dog parent and has spent her whole life around pups. She has a great understanding of dog behaviors and uses this to ensure each pooch is getting the attention they need. Can’t recommend Ava enough nor could her besties (my dogs) Ruby and Eleanor!!

Schedule
I work on-site off Pico 8:30AM-5:30PM Monday to Thursday, with an hour lunch break to check in on your pup! Fridays are WFH for me.

Safety, trust & environment
My apartment doesn’t have a fenced yard, but I have quick elevator access for regular potty breaks and neighborhood walks. If I’m staying in your home, I’ll happily follow whatever setup and routine works best for your dog. I’m also glad to discuss any safety or comfort needs, including ramps, quiet rest areas, or other accommodations.
A typical day
I love letting dogs enjoy a “sniffari” during their walks since mental stimulation is just as important as physical exercise. I also enjoy plenty of cuddle time, playing fetch, and taking younger pups on outings to pet friendly stores for safe socialization.
