Animal lover with hands on care
I’ve been around animals my entire life. My family dog was mine to care for growing up and I currently share my home with two cats. In my role as an assistant, I also help care for a dog regularly so I’m comfortable with day to day routines like feeding schedules, walks, and general upkeep. I frequently cat sit for family members too so I’m experienced with a range of personalities and needs from playful and social to more independent and lowkey.

Safety, trust & environment
I do my best to match each pet’s energy and make them feel comfortable and safe. I stick to their normal routine, feeding times, walks, and favorite spots so there’s as little disruption as possible. I pay attention to whether they want to play or chill and I always make sure the home is locked up and left just how I found it.

Ava loves all animals and it shows. She treats my cats like they’re her own. She’s very organized so she’s great at keeping a schedule that pets are used to. She has pets herself so she knows the care and attention that’s needed to car for animals. Your pets will be taken care of and loved by Ava like they’re her own.

Schedule
I work part time as an assistant but my hours are flexible so I have plenty of availability to fit pet care into my routine. I’m able to work around your pet’s schedule for feeding, walks, playtime, or whatever they need.
