i’ve grown up around pets my whole life, so loving animals has always just been a natural part of me 🐶💗 i’ve always been the type to stop and say hi to every dog i see, and i’ve loved caring for them since i was really little. being around pets genuinely makes me happy, and i treat every animal like they’re my own. i’ve also helped my mom with pet sitting when she needed an extra hand, which has helped me become comfortable caring for different pets with various needs and personalities and knowing how to tend to each one individually. references available upon request :)

when it comes to caring for pets, my main focus is making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved no matter where they are 🐾 in my home or a client’s home, i try to keep their routine as normal as possible so they feel secure and not stressed. i pay attention to each pet’s personality and needs! so whether that’s playtime, walks, or feeding schedules. i also make sure their environment is clean and calm so they’re always safe and cared for.

Ava was absolutely incredible with our boy!!! He adored her right away, and we felt completely at ease knowing he was in such great hands. She provided excellent communication and updates, stuck to his schedule, and gave him so much love, attention, and playtime. She genuinely cared about him and loved him, and that meant the world to us ❤️ I highly recommend Ava to anyone looking for a trustworthy, attentive, and genuinely caring pet sitter!
Ava was great! She was very communicative, sent updates and photos during every visit, and took wonderful care of my dogs. She quickly earned their trust and handled them really well. I would definitely book with her again!

We will definitely book Ava again for our boy!! She was very communicative, super easy to work with, and took great care of Mac and our boys. She took a variety of pictures to send and I appreciated it a lot since I miss him. Mac loved her!!!
Overall I think my dog Fitz was well taken care of. I received occasional photos of him and simple updates that he was doing well. I never leave him with strangers but I was in a bind this time. I would say some communication was lacking which I can take some accountability for and I am pretty sure Fitz was not fed according to instructions. Most communications were initiated by me as I was checking how Fitz was doing. I was not aware the sitting was working and have no idea how long Fitz was left alone during the day. My ask was that he was let out about every 4 hours. Some open communication around this would have been nice. Fitz eats wet food that was in the fridge which was on the instructions but I noticed it had not been touched. I cannot say if his joint supplements were given or not. Improving communication would go a long way for my peace of mind. Including asking any questions if the sitting is unsure.

Schedule
i recently started a part time job, but my schedule outside of that is still very flexible! i’d love to help with walks, drop ins, and stays whenever i’m available. i always do my best to communicate my schedule clearly and make sure your pets get lots of love while you’re away! 🐶💫
