I’m a college student taking classes online and living at home with my parents, so my schedule is very open and flexible considering I try to do this pretty full time! That means I can provide walks, drop-ins, and overnight stays with lots of availability—especially during the weekdays. Your pet won’t be waiting long for care or attention! The only places I really travel to during bookings are to other drop ins and the gym but I can ensure not to be gone longer than 4-5 hours!

I always follow any rules or instructions you leave, keep your pet’s routines consistent, and make sure your home is left just as I found it. I’m very mindful of safety—whether that’s locking up properly, keeping pups secure on walks, or making sure they don’t get into anything they shouldn’t.

As a bodybuilder, I love staying active, and dogs are the perfect workout buddies! I usually start the day with a walk or some playtime, followed by feeding and checking in on their comfort and behavior. Throughout the day, I’ll give them attention, mental stimulation, and outdoor breaks as needed. I keep you updated with pictures and messages so you always know how your pet is doing.

I’ve been on Rover for about a year now, but I’ve been caring for pets much longer through word-of-mouth and outside bookings. I’ve worked with dogs of all sizes, ages, and energy levels—from calm seniors to high-energy puppies. I’m comfortable with feeding routines, medications, crate training, and giving pets the attention and love they need while their owners are away.

We did a meet and greet and were excited to use her for in home dog sitting. Unfortunately we noticed quite a few things that made us move to a different sitter. Thee most concerning was that she left unused lancets (small needles for checking blood sugar) on the couch my dogs sleep on and where my kids play as well as on the floor nearby. As explained in person, in text, and in highlighted written instructions, my dogs will chew things up and this was a huge issue for us as this could’ve hurt both the dogs or kids if they had got them before I did. Also, I left highlighted and texted instructions to leave all doors closed and locked. I ws notified, while on vacation, that the back door was left open when sitter was not home. We have a dog door in the back door and the temperature was 40 degrees out. Front door was left unlocked as well when sitter was out. Ava was very friendly and I hate leaving a poor review, just want to share our experience. Unfortunately we have lost trust and for these reasons we will not be using her again.
Ava did a great job of looking in on my dogs while I was out, giving me peace of mind while I was on vacation.
So thankful to have Ava while we were out of town! She took very good care of our sweet boy! Will be using her services again in the future 🤩
Ava was wonderful. Perfect match for what I needed. She was always on time, followed all instructions, kept everything spotless, and sent daily updates and pictures. I now have a sitter that I can trust and absolutely will be using her in the future. I would highly recommend her as your next pet sitter.
