I booked this sitter for my cat, Liam, and unfortunately had a very distressing experience. I returned home today, when I said I’d be home, to find the sitter and an unfamiliar man in my kitchen, appearing to be frantically cleaning up. Dishes were piled in the sink, food was on the floor, and it looked like they had a party. Liam’s water bowl was dirty and unchanged and his litter box hadn’t been cleaned at all. The most alarming part was I found a used syringe with a needle left in the dustpan. This is a safety hazard, especially with a young curious cat at home. No safety was on the needle. I confronted the sitter, and she said she is diabetic, and then her friend stated he was diabetic. Liam is still visibly distressed and not acting like himself. I also noticed neither of them were paying any attention to him. I spent my entire day cleaning up the mess they had made in my own home. I have reported this to Rover’s quality and safety team, and I would not recommend this sitter for anyone with pets.
Ava did a wonderful job caring for my senior dog Buddy. She was attentive and caring throughout the stay. I will definitely be calling her again to sit for Buddy in the future!

Ava was wonderful with Ozzy. Since she visits us he felt in love with her and acted very calmed. We are here on vacation and we're lucky enough to found such a lovely sitter
Ava did such a fantastic job with my dogs. She was super attentive, she asked all the questions, and she really cared for them as if they were her own. She sent pictures the whole time i was away and updated me throughout the day. She was so great and I would absolutely have her watch them again! 🙌🏼

Schedule
I am currently working a part time job, and i am also diabetic but not to worry I will have plenty of time and energy to play and take care of your baby. I have every Tuesday and Wednesday off, and I only work 4-6 hours at time.
