I have around five years of practical experience in providing dependable care for pets belonging to friends and family members. My pet experience includes walking, bathing, arranging meal times and treat routines, as well as enjoying quality time with them while their owners are away, sometimes for weeks at a time. Therefore, I feel quite confident in my ability to care for any dog for extended periods. Plus, I genuinely love going for daily walks every morning, and dogs always manage to bring a smile to my face.

I will always review the guidelines given by my client for house-sitting or dog-walking services, and I will make sure to follow any additional instructions to a T. When I first meet a cat or dog, I take the time to understand the animal's temperament, checking for any signs of anxiety or specific likes and dislikes. I care a lot in ensuring that the pets feel secure when around someone new. After that, I simply enjoy spending time with them, hoping that they will grow to appreciate my company too!

Ava stayed with us while we were dog sitting a friend’s Boston Terrier. He fell in love with her. She kept him fed on schedule, made sure his water bowl was full and fresh and took him for 1-2 walks a day. We call her the dog whisperer and she has a calm, gentle manner they all respond to. Our border collies loved her and our son’s golden doodle has claimed her as his personal property. She loves dogs and cats and they love her.
I have known Ava for years now and I find she is a responsible, reliable person with a strong work ethic. She cares deeply about doing good work and cares deeply about the people and animals around her. She has always been good with our pets and I happily recommend her as a pet caregiver.
I met Ava during a college class back in spring of last year. One day, I asked her out of the blue if she wouldn't mind pet sitting for my aunt since my plans ended up changing at the last minute. She agreed, and I introduced her to my aunt's two dogs, Mia and Milo, who immediately took a liking to her. I made sure to pay her for the trouble because I really wasn't expecting her to step in on such short notice. I can say with confidence that she's a trustworthy sitter who'll take that extra step to help someone out.
As one of her good friends, Ava is very caring, attentive, good at being organized, and will be more than happy to take care of your fur babies! Anything you may need from her, she'll be willing to give! She currently has a lot of free time, so feel free to reach out to her and give her a chance!

Schedule
Since I'm on break, I'll be free Monday through Saturday, 5 days a week. What hours work best for you will work best for me!
