My only preference is that dogs are less than 60 pounds so that I am able to handle them! Please let me know anything important about the dog’s behaviors or needs.
A typical day
Depending on the dog, we may go for a car ride to explore a new park or trail, play with their favorite toys at home, or watch a movie together so they can enjoy some more beauty sleep!

Pet care experience
I’ve had a love for animals for as long as I can remember! I have volunteered at several animal shelters, and I care for my own pets at home. I recently lost my first dog, so I would love to spend my time hanging out with yours!

Ava did really great with our girls and sent us several photos while we were gone! We got to enjoy our trip knowing our pups were in great hands
Ava went above and beyond when she was pet sitting our dogs over 4th of July this year. Our older dog ended up getting sick (not in any way related to Ava's care). Ava cleaned up after him and took care of him. She took him to the emergency vet multiple times in the middle of a storm and waited with him. I don't know what we would have done without her. Ava also came and walked the pups a few times before pet sitting, and she was always professional and on time. I would absolutely recommend Ava wholeheartedly. We felt bad that this was her first time pet sitting for us and she ended up with such a tough job. We didn't expect our dog to get so sick. But, when all of this happened, Ava handled the situation and did a great job. Thanks again, Ava!
