Experienced with many animals!
I've been an animal lover ever since I can remember. I first rescued a kitten at 12 years old and helped get 3 lost dogs back to their humans over the years. My family pets growing up were hamsters, rats and foster cats -and I loved them all immediately! I grew up around and taking care of many animals then was finally able to adopt my own dog in 2016 and then my own cat in May of 2025. I now have two dogs, two cats and a beautiful Mexican kingsnake. They are such a pleasure to take care of and spend time with. I have experience and love for animals with all sorts of personalities and behaviors; I can keep up with high energy and reactive dogs, puppies, "spicy" cats, and senior animals. I am able to administer oral medication and in case of emergency, know how to perform CPR for dogs in every size category as well as cats. I have also received resources from my partner who works for the city's animal shelter. I consider it an honor to be trusted with other people's pets and take my responsibilities seriously seeing as I want the best for my own and therefore provide the best for others'. I take into consideration every animal's unique needs and personalities so I can provide the best care possible. My constant goal is to provide maximum comfort and enrichment for your furbabies.

Safety, trust & environment
I take dogs for 15-60 minute walks depending on unique needs, at your requested frequency. If your home has a back yard or there's a field or dog park in walking distance, I will take dogs out to run and play. (I can't drive due to a disability so please let me know if that's something your pet needs.) I play with cats with a variety of toys intermittently throughout the day, and try to learn what play style / what toys they prefer. And of course all the animals get plenty of snuggles.

Maeve has watched my boys twice now and she always does such an amazing job. I come home to peaceful pups and a tidy home. I will continue to book her as long as she is taking bookings!
Maeve was an answer to the long standing question of what do we do with our dogs? We were thrilled with her communication and commitment to ensuring our comfort and our dogs health. We were able to truly relax with her photos and videos and our home was well kept with happy pups when we got back. We hope to make Maeve a permanent part of our dog care solution even with 4 in our pack she was a champ!
Ava did a great job with the boys, they were calm and happy when I got home, did not really miss me at all. Tells me they felt safe and loved. I will definitely hire her again!

Ava is amazing with animals. She’s so loving, patient and you can tell she just has such a love for all the fur babies. She has taken care of my cats and my dogs and has gone above and beyond with her care of them. Highly recommend!!
Ava is a patient & sweet dog walker/sitter! She has lots of experience with our small dog (poodle mix) and our rambunctious Aussie - she's a very intuitive handler, and and very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Schedule
Dog walking and animal care is my primary job. I do voluntarily provide community services but my Rover clients come first so I can fit you in anyday of the week, for however long you need as long as I'm not already scheduled with another client.
