Pet care is a natural part of my daily routine, not something I try to fit in. I structure my day so I can be present and attentive to the dogs in my care. Mornings start with potty breaks, feeding, and a walk or light activity to get their energy out. Throughout the day, I incorporate playtime and outdoor access using my fenced yard. I make sure dogs stay active, comfortable, and engaged rather than left alone for long periods. In the evenings, I maintain a calm routine with another walk, dinner, and wind-down time so they feel relaxed and settled. Because of my flexible schedule, I’m able to adjust to each dog’s needs—whether that’s more activity, a specific feeding schedule, or extra attention. Pet care isn’t an add-on for me; it’s built into how I plan my day and week.

Safety, trust & environment
Dogs stay in a safe, clean, and relaxed environment with access to a fully fenced backyard and a doggie door (for dogs who are trained to use one). I make sure they get regular exercise through walks and playtime, along with plenty of attention throughout the day. I follow the owner’s feeding schedule and any specific instructions closely. My goal is to make them feel at home, not like they’re in a kennel.

I’m happy to accommodate special instructions—my goal is to keep their routine as consistent as possible while you’re away.
A typical day
I like to keep dogs both physically active and mentally engaged, based on their personality and energy level. Typical activities include daily walks, backyard playtime, and interactive games like fetch or light training exercises to keep their minds stimulated. For dogs that enjoy social interaction, I spend time engaging with them throughout the day so they feel included and not left alone. If your dog prefers a calmer pace, I adjust with shorter walks, relaxed outdoor time, and plenty of attention and companionship. I also make sure they have opportunities to safely explore, get fresh air, and maintain a routine that feels fun but not overwhelming. And of course, I take photos along the way so you can see your dog enjoying their time 😊

Pet care experience
I’ve loved dogs my entire life, and their well-being is always my top priority. I focus on keeping dogs happy, active, and engaged throughout the day—whether that’s through walks, playtime, or simply giving them the attention they deserve. My home is set up to be safe and comfortable for your dog. I have a fully fenced backyard (4 ft high) and a doggie door, so dogs who are familiar with using one can move freely in and out as they please. For everyone’s safety, my dog is up to date on all vaccinations, and I only accept potty-trained dogs. When you drop off your dog, please let me know about any specific needs, routines, or behaviors I should be aware of. I’ll do my best to accommodate and make them feel right at home. I also provide regular photo updates throughout the day, so you can see just how much fun your dog is having while you’re away. Thank you for considering me—I’d love to care for your dog like they’re part of my own family.
Reviews

Amazing! Had my new puppy stay and she was amazing 10/10 recommend booking.

Ava was great with our Dalmatian! She took him on daily walks with her 2 dogs, and to the dog park! She was amazing with giving regular updates and photos too! We would love to use her again :)

Ava was a great sitter. :)

I was in a bind and had to find sitter last minute and found Ava on Rover. I have never used Rover and I had good experience. I work long 12 hour shifts and my dogs get so anxious when I’m not at home with them but they were very comfortable and relaxed staying with Ava. My dogs felt right at home. She took wonderful care of my boys. Having Ava care for my dogs decreased my stress level and allowed me to focus at work, knowing they were in such good hands. I would definitely recommend her.
