I work part-time as a host, so in my extra time I’d love to spend it caring for pups! I’m a psychology major, so I really enjoy building connections with both people and animals. This is my first summer staying in Charleston, which means I have some extra free time and would love to explore the city while going on walks with dogs and spending time outside. My schedule is very flexible, so I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet care throughout the week.

Because I’m currently subleasing, I’m not able to bring animals into my home overnight, but I’m more than happy to stay at clients’ homes so pets can feel comfortable in their own space. I love going on walks, being active, and taking dogs on fun little adventures while always making sure they feel safe, cared for, and loved. I want both pets and owners to feel comfortable and trust that their animals are in good hands.

I have experience helping take care of friends’ pets throughout high school by walking dogs, feeding them, and making sure they were comfortable and cared for while their owners were away. I love being around animals and have two dogs of my own, so I’m very used to daily walks, playtime, and giving pets lots of attention. I’m a college student staying here for the summer, and I have a very flexible schedule, so I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and pet care whenever needed.

I’d definitely recommend her to anyone looking for help with their dog. She’s always been great with animals and has a calm, caring personality that dogs really respond well to. She’s also responsible, dependable, and easy to trust, which is obviously huge when you’re letting someone care for your pet. I know she would treat every dog like it was her own.
I’ve been friends with Ava since high school, and anytime I needed someone to watch my dog, River, she was always the first person I trusted. She has watched him multiple times, including when my family and I went on vacation, and I never had any concerns. She was always reliable, responsible, and made sure River was well taken care of and got plenty of attention. It gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing he was with someone who genuinely loves animals and treats them like her own.
Ava is someone who loves pets. She always volunteers to watch anyone’s pet whether it’s family or friends. She enjoys walking, running and playing with animals. She will make sure she spends all of her time with this animal and treats it like her own child. I have let Ava watch my own pets, and she was excellent, I would recommend her anytime.
