Ava took her on structured walks, jogs, and even rollerblading runs ,with safety gear, all while maintaining control, awareness, and positive engagement. She was incredibly attentive to Polly’s routine, feeding schedule, crate preferences, and training tools, and she always checked in when adjustments were needed. Ava sent consistent photo and video updates, detailed summaries, and activity tracking that gave me complete peace of mind while I was at work. I also truly appreciated her flexibility and reliability when schedules changed she communicated clearly and always made sure Polly’s care came first. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine love for dogs with real training knowledge, responsibility, and professionalism. Ava exceeded expectations in every way, and Polly absolutely loves her.
