Ava has been absolutely outstanding with Pollyanna! From day one, her communication, flexibility, and professionalism made a huge difference especially since I work long shifts and need someone I can fully trust. What impressed me most was Ava’s calm, confident handling and her trainer level awareness. Polly can be cautious with new people, and Ava handled that perfectly honest updates, patient pacing, positive reinforcement, and zero pressure. Within a short time, Polly was not only comfortable she was thriving. Ava took her on structured walks, jogs, and even rollerblading runs ,with safety gear, all while maintaining control, awareness, and positive engagement. She was incredibly attentive to Polly’s routine, feeding schedule, crate preferences, and training tools, and she always checked in when adjustments were needed. Ava sent consistent photo and video updates, detailed summaries, and activity tracking that gave me complete peace of mind while I was at work. I also truly appreciated her flexibility and reliability when schedules changed she communicated clearly and always made sure Polly’s care came first. It’s rare to find someone who combines genuine love for dogs with real training knowledge, responsibility, and professionalism. Ava exceeded expectations in every way, and Polly absolutely loves her. I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to book her again. If you’re looking for someone you can truly trust with your dog, especially an active or high energy one, Ava is exceptional.
