I’ve been caring for dogs since I was in second grade, and it’s always been a huge part of my life. I have two dogs of my own who I truly treat like family. I also love volunteering at local shelters, where I help with walking, feeding, and caring for dogs with all kinds of personalities and needs. I’m very responsible and attentive, and I always make sure every dog gets the love, exercise, and care they deserve. Dogs bring me so much joy, and I can’t wait to meet your sweet pup!

In my own home I make sure my dogs are well cared-for. I take them for frequent walks and give them a lot of love and attention. I make certain their basic needs are attended to. I provide a lot of play time too to ensure that they get plenty of exercise.

Ave always does a great job watching my 2 dogs while I have to leave town. You can always depend on her to show up on time and make sure you feel that your pets are extra taken care of.
Ava was wonderful with our dogs and gave us updates throughout the weekend! She came to meet them beforehand and left the house clean. We will definitely be using her again and we couldn’t recommend her enough!

Ava Hellmann cared for my sweet Chloe (Chihuahua mix) whenever I traveled for work or vacation. She took great care of her as as I could clearly see by how excited Chloe was with each visit. Knowing my Chloe was in good hands allowed me to fully enjoy my vacation and/or focus on work. I trust Ava to come into my home and follow all instructions and to securely lock-up when she leaves. Schedule
Pet care is already a big part of my daily routine. I have two dogs of my own, and caring for them comes naturally. From daily walks and feeding schedules to playtime and lots of affection. I structure my days around making sure dogs feel safe, loved, and well cared for, just like family.
