I have several years of experience caring for dogs! My own dog inspired me to dive into behavior, body language, training, and overall canine care. I’ve also worked at a pet store, where I gained hands-on experience and expanded my knowledge around dogs. I’m trained and certified to provide nail trims, nail filing, and ear cleanings as well.

Safety, trust & environment
If your pet is staying in my home, they’ll have access to a large, securely fenced backyard for safe outdoor time and play. I have one friendly dog who can be kept separate if needed. Your dog will sleep comfortably in my room, whether that’s in a crate, their own bed, or mine—whatever they’re most used to. If I’m caring for your pet in your home, I will treat your space with the utmost respect, keeping everything clean, organized, and just as you left it for your return.

Ava was great! This was a short notice request, and she answered very quickly. She greeted Rex and myself with enthusiasm, and they bonded almost immediately. I will definitely keep her in mind if I need someone to watch my dog.

Ava has grown up surrounded by animals her entire life, and her love for pets has always been a defining part of who she is. Most recently, she shared a remarkable bond with her dog Luna, who became not only her companion but her best friend. Last year, Luna suddenly became critically ill. She was hospitalized for nine days, completely paralyzed, and required oxygen support just to breathe. No one knew if she would ever recover. During that time—and over the six months that followed—Ava showed extraordinary patience, dedication, and compassion. Through daily physical therapy, constant care, and unwavering love, she helped nurse Luna back to full recovery, something that amazed the veterinarians, our friends, and our entire family. Ava is responsible, attentive, gentle, and incredibly caring. She understands the emotional and physical needs of pets in a way that sets her apart. Schedule
I’m available for full-time pet sitting and dog walking throughout the week. My only regular work commitment is on Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM, so I’m flexible around that schedule.
