Hello, I'm Ava!
I started volunteering at the Humane Society of the Pikes Peak region at 12 years old, I worked with dogs for a large portion of that time but also got trained in working with cats and exotic animals! I have been on and off pet and house sitting for about 4 years now, and have plenty of references to attest to my care. I love and am experienced in caring for animals of all ages and needs. I would be delighted to be the person you trust with your babies:)

I believe in respecting every space I’m invited into and following the care instructions to each individual animal and home to best reflect that!

Ava did a fantastic job watching our 2 pups. She gave updates with pictures and made sure they were taken care of the entire time! She was also nice enough to deal with a last minute extension which we really appreciated.

Ava was very attentive to the instructions I left behind for her while going on my vacation. My doggo Heartfelt tends to be skittish when meeting new people and she took the time on the first day to ensure she was comfortable enough to go on a walk. I highly recommend Ava for any of your dog sitting needs!!!
Ava truly is an excellent dog caretaker! She takes photos throughout her walks to update owners and really invests in your dog. She was so kind to bring treats to help my dog get familiarized with her for the first time. And my dog is going through a fear period! She truly loves all dogs she cares for and provides excellent care! She is timely in her responses!
Ava did a great job with our two 9 year old dogs. She was very considerate with our house. Very pleasant to work with. Would highly recommend.

I currently work as a nanny and I’m looking for something to do on the days I’m off or whenever I have some extra time!
