A typical day
I love to see the personality come out in dogs during play time. We’ll go on walks in the neighborhood, play catch, and learn new tricks.

Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of dogs since I was 8 and have always had animals in the house ever since I was young. I’ve been around a good chunk of different dog/cat breeds. Almost all of my family members has or had pets that I’ve been around and/or taken care of. My stepmom always had foster dogs every so often that my siblings and I would help take care of. I’m 100% and dog lover, but my mom grew an addiction to sphynx and got one 6 years ago and the other 3 years ago. My love for cats has grown ever since then. I treat animals like they’re my own and I don’t tolerate any disobedience given to them. I consider animals just like humans and have respect for them. A fun thing about me is that I strive to have my own dachshund one day!!

Ava did an excellent job caring for our two friendly but needy Aussiedoodles when our original family member cancelled for a full week vacation. She was easy to communicate with and always on time. We would have her back in a heartbeat!
Ava stayed with our pups again after watching them last summer. I felt secure they were getting the best care as she was wonderful about providing a brief daily check-in with picture. She ensured our older boy received his required medicine, even charting it for me. We came home to happy and healthy dogs. We will definitely request her as our pet sitter as long as she is willing to watch our dogs. Thanks Ava!
Ava did an amazing job for us. After a previous unsatisfactory stay at a kennel the month prior, we were worried about leaving our high energy terrier and our deaf old sheepdog. Ava reassured us daily with her pictures and check-ins, letting us know our boys were happy and well taken care of. We would love to work with her again.
Ava was absolutely amazing for an entire 7 days with our two dogs! We have an elderly boxer who has some trouble walking around and she took great care of her. They both seemed extremely happy when we got back and Ava was attentive the whole time sending us updates and photos. We’ll be reaching out again!
