I’ve owned two dogs, including a sweet senior rescue beagle and my current 5-year-old mini Bernese mountain dog! I have experience caring for both older dogs and younger, energetic pups, so I’m comfortable with different ages, personalities, and needs. I’ve also been helping care for my neighbors’ dogs for fun since I was younger, and I figured, why not turn something I already love into a side gig? I’m very used to dog hair, wagging tails, and making sure every pup feels safe, loved, and spoiled!

When caring for pets in my home or a client’s home, I make it a priority to keep them safe, comfortable, and well cared for. I carefully follow all owner instructions, including feeding schedules, walks, potty breaks, medications, and daily routines. I also make sure each pet receives plenty of attention, exercise, and enrichment so they stay happy, engaged, and well-adjusted throughout their care.

I cannot recommend Ava enough! She took excellent care of my dog, Riley, and sent pictures while I was away. It is not easy for me to leavy my pup but Ava helped me enjoy my time away. She followed Riley's routines and stuck to her schedule. When I got home my dog was happy and had clearly been well cared for. Don't hesitate to book her!

Schedule
Pet care fits really well into my routine! I work part-time as a lifeguard, but my shifts only take up about 6 hours of my day. Outside of that, I have plenty of time to dedicate to dog care, walks, feeding, playtime, and making sure pets get lots of attention!
