I am an animal care professional. I've grown up with and have always had pets in my home. I started pet sitting and animal care for others in high school and have experience with a wide range of species. Reptiles, birds, fish, guinea pigs, rabbits? You name it. I'm well versed in all pets. I went to college for Zoology and have had many professional animal care roles including at farms and petstores. I started regular dog walks during the week throughout college. I've done basic leash training with two different puppies. I am not a professional trainer, but have followed steps given to me by trainers and keep up to date with good petcare and training practices. I have experience with seniors and medication administration.

Safety, trust & environment
The safety of your pet is my top priority and they will have my full attention when in my care. I will happily cater to specific care needs your pet has and can adapt to different personality types and energy levels. I'm very attentive to behavior and cues indicating a pets comfort and wellbeing.

Had a death in the family, and she was able to walk a traumatized, neurotic, Jack Russell Terrier mix at the last minute. Good communication, and was very kind.

Schedule
I recently moved to Florida from Wisconsin in May. I have a part-time position at ZooTampa Friday-Sunday 8:45am-5pm. I have regular dog walks scheduled for 7am, 10am, 12pm, and 7pm Monday-Thursday. I happily fit in other drop-ins and walks around them and am okay with early mornings.
