Autumn was awesome! She consistently provided pet photos which gave me reassurance that they were all alive. It was very clear she interacted with them all in a very kind way (the shy one even came out to say hi, which never happens). Another plus is that she gave detailed updates and descriptions of how the visit was going. Here’s an example: “Couldn’t take harry for as long of a walk this afternoon it was 95° outside and I didn’t want his little paws to burn so we just went in a little grassy area over by your house and hung out for about 10 minutes.” She visited for about a week, and every day there was a description like this. Can’t recommend this person enough!
