Autumn is a lovely person and trustworthy pet sitter for our two cats. She clearly loves animals and does a great job of following our instructions. We are grateful for her help and will definitely ask her back again!

I would never use her again! Got home to cat poop on the floor and in my trash can. I have a litter genie that she doesn't know how to use. My cats had no dry food in their gravity feeders and one is a 6 lb that was full when I left 8 days ago. She was also to put dry cat food in a 10 lb gravity feeder outside for the strays, which was completely empty when I came home yesterday. It was full when I left. I specifically asked her if she had filled it and she said she had. Just like she claimed to have cleaned the litter boxes the first day she was here but spent 10 minutes of the only 15 minutes with me on the phone because she didn't show up for the meet and greet. I have cameras, both inside and out, and have been watching her, and she will completely lie when I ask her if she did something. My apartment was the biggest mess when I got home, and I had to ask her to stay the full 30 minutes, and she still didn't most days. She would check in her car in the parking lot instead of when she got inside the apartment. Laziest girl I've ever seen. Don't use her

Autumn took such good care of our two senior cats and was incredibly respectful of of home. She was quick to respond and left us notes daily about how they were getting on. She followed our instructions to a tee which allowed me to relax and know they were in great hands. Do not hesitate to trust her with the care of your pets. We will absolutely ask her back in the future.

Autumn was so awesome with my sweet girl. She loved on her like it was her own! Highly recommend. :)

Since I have met autumn, she has become the most loving, encouraging, And supportive person I could have ever asked to be in my life. She has such a big heart for animals and there’s no one else I can think of that would be a better caretaker to a sweet little doggy than Autumn Mangum. She is pure of heart and kind to her core, and I know all precious animals would be, without a doubt, safe and sound in her care. If there were ever a candidate to look after animals with the highest level of diligence and focus, it’s Autumn.
