The “Pug” Lady
Pet care experience
I have been around dogs my whole life and grew up with hunting dogs and know how to train a dog for scent training and perform tasks. I currently have a Pit Bull Mix and Pug with two very different personalities. I’ve done plenty of house sitting with dogs for various people in the community and am furthering my education on animal behavior and dog training organizations. I have created my own personal Business “Groovy Dogs Training” for Yamco area and am using this platform to build some outreach. I’d love to get to know you and your dog and help benefit both your lives 💜

I always try to get a sense of what routine you and your dog do best with. Does your dog need to chill out before going on a walk I gotchu or needs to let out some energy with toy enrichment or fetch I can do that! Just let me know what works best for your fur baby or I can even help you when it comes to deciding that 💕

I strongly prefer having a good sit down or meet and greet so I can see how your dog is and their habits! We can talk through schedules and special needs that need to be met with your dog and how I can help fulfill the needs for you and your dog!
A typical day
My personal favorite thing to do with dogs is going on adventures on trails. I have a 50’ lead that I take my dogs with to Ed Grenfell park up on Baker or Newberg Ewing park trail where dogs can sniff all these new smells. If that’s not possible I try doing scent work where dogs have to sniff out treats which stimulates them to search and tires them out!

Tuesday -Saturday I work afternoon/evening so I am looking for Morning hours from 7:30-12:00 on those days Sunday- Tuesday I am available all hours and can even do late night checks.
