Growing up, I adored the family cat and dog, and was responsible for their care throughout my teen years. Cuddles and Fidget were a bonded pair who lived long, happy lives and passed within months of each other in 2020 while I was in lockdown abroad (I’m so not over it). As an adult renter, circumstances have not yet allowed me to have a dog or cat of my own. I turned to pet sitting as a way to continue connecting with these precious creatures who have so much to teach us about stillness, acceptance and the art of living in the moment. I also love reptile friends such as snakes and geckos!

I watch pets in their own home where they feel safest and can continue their routines as uninterrupted as possible during their primary caregivers absence. I talk to them and interact with them like they are my close friends - they get to know all my secrets! Having written instructions to refer back to during the stay, which are discussed beforehand with an opportunity for questions and clarification, is extremely helpful in understanding how to provide the best care possible. Let’s schedule a time to meet and help me understand what your pet’s needs, temperament and routines are!

It was so nice knowing that Autumn was with Greyson while I was away. She took care of things and was thoughtful in sending pictures of Greyson. He appeared to be acting normal and not hiding away like I thought he might. So glad to have Autumn’s care.
Autumn was great with communicating, asking questions and following care instructions during an overnight/ 2-day stay. Our cattle dog can be a bit anxious in general, but she was relaxed and happy when we came home. Our house was clean and tidy upon our return too. Thank you Autumn for being someone we can trust to stay with Paisley!
Great communication for a walk with my pup, and I loved all the pictures Autumn sent. I’m feeling confident and relaxed about the overnight stay we have planned in April.
Autumn was great with my cats’ prescription diets and provided timely updates each day.
Autumn took great care of my dogs. She was prompt, communicative and tidy. The dogs were relaxed and happy when I got home.

My work as an artist allows me great scheduling flexibility. This gives me the freedom to check in on your pets as often as they need, and keep them company throughout the day and night. Your pets are my top priority when they are in my care.
