Austin is an absolute gem — we couldn’t recommend her/him more highly! Austin has been incredibly reliable and punctual. I never have to wonder if our dog is being taken care of he shows up exactly when expected, every single time. As a busy mom, that kind of consistency is everything. What really sets Austin apart is how much she/he genuinely loves animals. Our dog Nelly is always excited to see him- which tells you everything you need to know. He treats our girl like his own, and it shows in how happy and relaxed Nelly is after every visit. The communication is also top-notch. Austin sends updates, photos, and notes after each walk so I know exactly how things went. It gives me such peace of mind, especially on busy days.
