Very disappointing experience. We paid the full amount for our dog’s care, but only 10 minutes later, we received a call telling us that they could not take care of Brutus after all. Despite having already paid in full, we were unable to get our money back. This situation was not our fault, and it caused us significant inconvenience and stress. I would have appreciated better communication and responsibility before accepting payment and confirming our dog’s stay.
Austin is a great sitter. He communicates extremely well. The family actually seems to have taken very well with my puff baby. I definitely hope he’s available in the future for my sitting needs.
Great communication friendly with my dog it was a great experience I will recommend this him 100% he treats your dog like if it was his kid my dog was really happy to stay over his place
