Dogs are my family!
I absolutely adore dogs; To me, my family pets are like my brothers and sisters. I love getting to know a dog, and finding out all their little personality quirks. It makes me genuinely happy to have an animal cuddle up to me at night, or to take them on a nice long walk and see them running around all happy with their tongue hanging out. I adore petting, cuddling, and talking to animals like they’re people, but I’m always aware of and respectful of body language and boundaries; I will never ignore a pet that wants attention, and I will never bother a pet that wants to be left alone, either. Personally, I’m just here to meet lots of cute animals to pet and spoil, and whatever money I can make from it is a nice bonus ☺️

Safety, trust & environment
I am extremely cautious with all pets, but especially other people’s. I will keep a close eye on them whenever they’re with me, whether we’re out and about or just at home. I double check water, food, and litter boxes throughout the day, and do thorough walkthroughs to check for messes if dogs are ever in a different part of the house for me or they are alone for more than an hour. I will be extra careful to only take dogs to trails and parks that I know are safe, and will always keep them away from roads, thin ice, and hunting areas. You’ll also get frequent pictures and videos from me throughout the day so you can be sure your fuzzy family members are safe and happy.

Austin is a true animal lover. He genuinely likes to spend time with them. He was very attentive to our elderly cat and dog, and extremely conscientious about following the specific instructions I left for him. He sent updates and communicated as needed during his stay. I have finally found someone with whom I feel at ease leaving them. We are booking Austin to watch our pets again in a couple of months.
Austin loves dogs and interacts with them constantly during the day. My golden retriever was wagging her tail in all the videos he sent while we were away. Austin is trustworthy and I would definitely have him him mind my dogs again!
Austin has an uncanny ability to connect with animals and he loves every one of them. He is excellent with dogs and cats, understanding their needs and acting accordingly. He loves to get outside and walk and my dogs love to hike with him. He also loves to meet new animals and connect with them. Honestly, I find it hard to trust anyone else with my pets.
I spent two weeks away from my apartment and had Austin watch my cat. There were no issues whatsoever, he regularly sent me pictures of her relaxing happily at home and him playing with her. Once I got back, it seemed like she hardly noticed I left.

Schedule
I work remote from my laptop; Usually that means I’m working from home, but I can work from basically anywhere with an internet connection. I’m on my computer intermittently between 9-5, attending infrequent meetings and responding to messages, but I typically have to be at my computer for certain periods of time for <20% of the day; Outside of meetings, I have total flexibility to go on hour+ long walks, play with animals, or take care of chores like cleaning litter boxes and feedings.
