What sets us apart is the combination of personalized care and a dependable, professional process. We take time to learn each pet’s routine, personality, fears, medical needs, and handling preferences so their care feels familiar and comfortable. We are attentive to the details that matter—from secure home access and escape prevention to clear visit notes and photo updates. We are certified in pet CPR and are comfortable following structured routines for puppies, reinforcing familiar cues and potty schedules, administering agreed-upon medications, and adapting care for senior pets or animals with mobility limitations. We are fully insured and bonded, and we provide every pet with the same compassion, patience, and level of care we would expect for our own.

Safety, trust & environment
We provide care in our clients’ homes, where pets can remain comfortable in their familiar environment. We follow each pet’s established routine and the client’s instructions for feeding, fresh water, walks or potty breaks, medication, playtime, litter or habitat care, and companionship. We also prioritize secure home access, escape prevention, cleanliness, and respectful care of the client’s property. After each visit, we provide an update with photos and notes about the pet’s care and well-being. We do not currently offer boarding or daycare in our home.

We had a great experience with Austin! Austin and Morgan asked a lot of questions to get to know your dogs and their routine and anything to be aware of while caring for your dogs. You can tell they really want to be prepared to take excellent care of your pets while you’re away. Austin took great care of my dogs and my apartment, sent updates with picture throughout the stay. You can tell my dogs were happy and well cared for. Would definitely book again!
Austin and Morgan took wonderful care of my dog during her first stay with them. She was a little nervous at first, but they were patient and attentive, and made her feel comfortable. I appreciated the updates and pictures they sent, which let me see how she was settling in. I would definitely recommend Austin and Morgan to anyone looking for caring and reliable dog sitters!
Absolutely amazing!! There was never a moment we weren’t completely sure that our pup was being cared for. From the first information gathering, to the daily updates, and providing a safe and loving environment, you are kept at ease at all times. Will absolutely rebook! Can’t recommend enough!!
We have been really happy with the care our anxious dog has received with Austin and Morgan. They’re very conscientious and take the time to really understand our pup’s needs. For us, that includes giving daily medication and allowing our dog on the couch! They give updates/photos and we were very grateful that they took our dog in a last minute emergency. Highly recommend!

Schedule
Pet care is a consistent part of our daily and weekly routine. We organize our schedule around confirmed visits, walks, house-sitting stays, and other care commitments, allowing appropriate travel time and attention for each pet. Austin manages the business and provides most day-to-day care, while Morgan assists when needed. We also set aside time for client communication, visit updates, scheduling, and reviewing care instructions so every service is dependable and well prepared.

- We'd like to know what helps your pet feel safe and comfortable, including their normal routine, personality, favorite activities, and any fears or triggers. It’s also important for us to understand their feeding and potty schedule, leash behavior, medical or mobility needs, medications, handling preferences, escape tendencies, and how they respond to unfamiliar people or animals. These details help us provide care that feels familiar, safe, and as stress-free as possible. Dogs and cats four months of age or older must have a current rabies vaccination before services begin. Clients may be asked to provide a vaccination certificate or veterinary record.
