Austin has been helping me take care of my animals for well over ten years, even before Rover starting with my Russian Blue cat, Dani. He is very attentive and detail oriented. He does his best. He works well with nice animals and owner who appreciate him and his efforts. He can handle special requests too at additional investments. I recommend him often especially if you are travelling and want him to keep an eye on the homefront too.
Austin took great care of my cat, Kitty, while I was away. He went above and beyond by taking her to the vet and making sure she stayed on track with her oral medications, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. It’s clear he’s very attentive and comfortable with animals, and I knew Kitty was in good hands the entire time.
