I schedule Austin for recurring drop-ins for my senior dog. He seemed to have forgotten the first drop-in, so was over an hour late after I sent him a reminder. After that, he failed to show up for the remaining scheduled drop-ins, never responded to messages, and cancelled future weeks.

Austin is kindhearted and gentle. He is committed and dependable, so you can count on him to show up and do great work! I’d gladly trust him with my pet :)

He has a genuine love and passion for animals and their well being. He will be a great caregiver who is patient and attentive to each pet's needs. Any pet in his care will be treated with kindness, safety, and respect.

I have personally seen the kindest person when Austin is around animals. He has taken wonderful care of our cats and dog when we traveled. He treated them very well. Highly recommend 10/10

Austin used to come over with Leila, his family’s dog fairly often. He knew Leila was inside a lot of the day at home when everyone was at work, so he always made sure to take her out of the house any time he could. He clearly really cared for her, wanted to make sure she wasn’t alone, that she could spend time with people (even indoors if appropriate), and was always very attentive to both her needs and of the houses he’d be visiting. In addition, Austin used to do dog walking for other pet care local businesses, and cared that the dogs were being treated well when in his care. He really cares about treating people’s pet’s well, as he would do for his own dog whom he cared about very much!
