I have had dogs and cats most of my life. Can take care of them and their basic needs as needed. Worked in a vet clinic for a bit in college, and am familiar with some basic first aid as needed, as well.

I have some experience in basic first aid for animals, if that’s a need. I would treat the animals as if they’re my own. Have been a regular helper for friends and their pets when they go out of town. Have also done a lot of animal handling around children for demonstrations in classes with a volunteer role I fill (snakes, lizards, amphibians).

Austin has been an outstanding house guest and sitter to our three animals. Every single day throughout all five days, he was keeping us updated with plenty of photos. He followed every detail I gave him to the letter (and our animals had lots of details lol), including administering daily meds to our senior dog. It also turned out that he had done a full house sitting for friends of ours who live in our neighborhood, and they gave him nothing but glowing reviews about keeping their little dog for a week, so we went into this already having faith in him. He definitely lived up to our expectations and will definitely be hiring him again whenever we need to go out of town for a few days. We're grateful to have found him!
Austin was great with our dogs for a first time noon drop in! He was prompt and gave us mmediate feedback and pics. We already have him reserved to pet/house sit for an upcoming weekend:)

Austin stayed with our 2 yr old dog while we traveled. I was worried since this was our dog’s first time to be separated from us, but In just a couple of days, I saw pictures of a happy, playful dog. Sure put our worries at ease. We received photos and updates every day. I was so happy to feel at lease to enjoy our trip. We give Austin an A++!

Austin was a great sitter and house guest. He was consistent with sending us updates and photos and made sure our dog was comfortable while we were out of town. He was respectful of our home and left it nice and clean. Will be booking again!

Schedule
My schedule is very flexible. Usually have all my appointments for the week set by the beginning of that week. I work hybrid and can take up to an hour off during the day to commute and check in on animals as needed. Can check in evenings, as well.
