We couldn’t have asked for a better pet and house sitter than Austin! He took exceptional care of our dog, Honey, for two weeks while we were traveling in Italy, which gave us complete peace of mind. Austin made sure Honey got at least three walks every day, sent us regular photo updates so we could see how happy she was, and even watered our plants while we were away. He was also incredibly attentive to Honey’s individual needs, being mindful of her tendency to counter surf and carefully managing her reactivity around other dogs on walks. It was clear that he took the time to understand her personality and routines, and he handled everything with patience and care. Coming home to a happy, well-exercised dog and a house that was just as we left it was the best feeling.
