Before she moved, Austen was my go-to pet sitter and took excellent care of my cats. She did everything I asked of her, right down to refilling their numerous water bowls daily, sending me daily pictures/updates, and playing for at least 15 mins daily. My cats usually go crazy with joy when I get back from trips, and they still did when Austen cared for them, but I could tell they weren’t dying for attention, like they did after other pet sitters. I could not recommend her enough, truly. She is the best.

Austen is an excellent pet caregiver and consistently shows up for her pets as well as the pets of others. Austen pet-sat my cat Mullet while I was gone on vacation for two weeks. Mullet is normally very skittish of new people, but he warmed up to Austen right away. Austen went above and beyond in caring for Mullet. She would shower our baby with so much love and playtime to make sure he was never too bored or sad while we were gone. While we provided a print-out of directions to help care for Mullet, Austen demonstrated a clear quick understanding of Mullet's normal routine and his needs beyond even what we wrote for her. She never minded sending my partner and I pictures of him every day to let us know that he was well cared for. She also Face-Timed us when we requested a moment with our boy (two weeks is a long time away!). Our poor baby looked so sad when she had to leave once we returned home. Overall, Austen is my number one pet-sitter and is sure to leave a mark on the hearts of anyone's fur babies!
